«Рост ожирения в Европе: история еды в двадцатом веке» – это междисциплинарный сборник статей, посвященный истории перехода от проблематики голода и дефицита к проблемам, связанным с изобилием и ожирением в Великобритании, Германии, Австрии, Испании, Норвегии, Чехии, Словении, России и Франции. Книга продолжает начатую ранее тем же коллективом авторов дискуссию об изменении питания в процессе урбанизации в Европе XIX–XX веков (Food and the City 2007).
