Abstract

Механизмы производства и сохранения памяти в обществах, переживших этнонациональные конфликты, – важная тема современных исследований памяти, и случай современного Израиля здесь особенно показателен. С одной стороны, эта страна – преемник и государственный собственник памяти о Холокосте – является катализатором масштабного процесса создания памяти о Второй мировой войне, влиятельным актором мирового морального и мемориального порядка. С другой – это государство, формальное появление на свет которого в 1948 году было сопряжено с глубоким этнонациональным конфликтом еврейской и арабской общин, и по сей день раздирающим страну и формирующим основание для одного из важных идеологических разделов современного мира. В том, насколько серьезной остается эта проблема, мы все имели возможность убедиться весной 2021 года во время взаимных бомбардировок Израиля и палестинских территорий.
